The dry bulk cargo terminal as initiated by the Paradip Port Trust will efficiently handle break-bulk cargo along with dry-bulk cargo while maintaining the smooth flow of imports and exports. The Paradip Port Trust has declared that the private company winning the bid will supervise the construction, operation and maintenance of the dry bulk cargo terminal for a period of 30 years.
